Located south of Cusco and belonging to the province of Canchis, is the amazing Vinincunca Mountain, Montaña de Colores or simply Montaña Arcoíris. At approximately 4:00 – 4:30 the transportation will pass by your hotels located in the central area of Cusco. From here we will travel south for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the restaurant where we will enjoy a delicious breakfast. Then we will continue for approximately one more hour to the starting point of the hike. Before this walk, our guide will provide you with walking sticks and give you the necessary information for the long-awaited tour. The walk is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the Montaña de Colores. It is advisable to be at least two days before in the city of Cusco, this for proper acclimatization since the walk is not that complicated but the altitude makes it a challenge to get there.
After the visit we will return along the same route to where our transportation is located, then we will return to the same restaurant to enjoy a pleasant buffet lunch. A moment of relaxation and we will take our return transportation to Cusco. The vehicle will leave you in a place near the parade ground.
