Itinerary
DAY 1: LIMA
Upon arrival in Lima, our staff will be waiting to welcome you and take you to your respective hotel located in Miraflores, one of the best areas of Lima.

DAY 2: LIMA – AREQUIPA
At the indicated time, we will have the transfer to the airport
Flight from Lima to the great white city of Arequipa (Not Included)
We will arrive in Arequipa, and we will have a transfer to our hotel located in the city center.
14:00 – 14:30 We will go through the hotels of our clients and then start our tour, we will go to the districts of Carmen Alto and Yanahuara where we will be able to observe wonderful landscapes of the city of Arequipa which in turn are surrounded by the Chachani, Misti and Picchu Picchu volcanoes; its beautiful countryside formed by It’s still preserved pre-Inca terraces and its Chili river. Yanahuara will be the next destination of our tour, in the main square we have the church of the year 1750, the baroque style façade, but the most outstanding are the arches that frame beautiful pictures of the city and where texts have been engraved with the inspiration of the arequipeño.
The Yanahuara neighborhood is also a sample of Colonial Arequipa, it has picturesque narrow streets and houses made of ashlar; After this visit, we will return to the historic center to visit the Santa Catalina Monastery, which is a sample of four centuries of Arequipa architecture, the intrusive cells, the alleyways and the cloisters full of colorful flowers. Visitors will be revived and lost in the path of time. Next, we will visit the Plaza de Armas, one of the most beautiful in Peru, the Jesuit Church of the Company, which on its beautiful façade announces the so-called mestizo architecture, its cloisters and dome, and as a sample of the colonial mansion style, we will visit the Tristan mansion from the well.

DAY 3: AREQUIPA – COLCA CANYON
7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Our transport will go through the different hotels to start the trip to one of the deepest canyons in the world, taking the Yura highway, bordering the snowy Chachani, we head towards Pampa Cañahuas, which belongs to the National Reserve from Aguada Blanca and Salinas, habitat of the beautiful South American camelids such as vicuñas. In the Toqra bofedales you will be able to appreciate a great variety of migratory birds, among which are the flamingos; you will pass through the crater of an extinct volcano, Chucura; then enjoy a stop at the viewpoint of the volcanoes, which is also the highest area of the road (4,910 m.s.n.m.) from here you will appreciate a large part of the western mountain range.
Approximately 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Arrival in Chivay, here you will enjoy a delicious lunch.

In the afternoon, take advantage of the thermal baths in La Calera whose thermo-medicinal waters oscillate between 35º to 38º Celsius degrees of temperature in the pools. At 7:00 p.m. Optional, a dinner accompanied by a folkloric show. As long as the hotel is located in Chivay.

DAY 4: COLCA CANYON – PUNO
Early in the morning you will have breakfast at the hotel and then make the excursion to the viewpoint of the Cruz del Cóndor, a strategic point of observation of the canyon and the spectacular flight of the Andean condor. On the return there will be a stop in the towns of Maca and Yanque; that have beautiful colonial churches; as well as in the viewpoints of Antahuilque, Huayrapunko and Peña Blanca, from where you will appreciate the beautiful landscape of the Colca with its impressive terraces.
After lunch, you will be transferred to Puno, in route the transport will have stops in lagoons so that you can appreciate various lagoons and various migratory birds.

DAY 5: PUNO
We will pick you up from the hotel at 06:30 am after breakfast. Then, we will move to the lake port of Puno and we will depart by motorized boat at 07:00 a.m. After 45 minutes of travel we will arrive at the floating islands of the Uros and we will have a 40-50 minute visit to the main islands. The inhabitants of the place will receive us with typical dances and we will be able to appreciate the little reed houses and the handicrafts that they themselves make with fine fabrics. In these handicrafts they represent their customs and various typical animals of the area. Our guide will provide extensive information about Lake Titicaca, the legends of the Uros, their uses, customs and folklore. It will also make visitors aware that the Uros people live from fishing, hunting and gathering, as well as tourism and crafts.
Later, we will continue our journey to Taquile Island, arriving at 11:20 a.m. We will walk for approximately 30 minutes from the port to the town, visiting Taquile for a period of two hours during which we will be able to observe the magnificent fabrics of the community . Then we will walk through its hills and archaeological sites. Upon our arrival we will taste the typical dishes of the area, made from trout and if you wish, a vegetable soup. After a delicious and nutritious lunch, we will leave Taquile at 02:30 a.m., arriving at the lake port of Puno at 05:00 a.m. Then we will transfer you to your respective hotel.

DAY 6: PUNO – CUSCO
Transfer from the hotel to the bus station.
Tourist bus from Puno to Cusco with visits on the route. The stops are made at the archaeological museum of Pucara, in Sicuani, to enjoy a delicious lunch, we will continue to visit the archaeological site of Racchi and finally the Andahuaylillas temple (The Sistine Chapel of America).

DAY 7: CUSCO
Free morning
In the afternoon we will visit the city, we begin the visit with the temple of the Sun called Qorikancha, and 4 archaeological sites near Cusco, such as: Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Tambomachay and Puca Pucara.

DAY 8: CUSCO – OLLANTAYTAMBO – AGUAS CALIENTES
Tour to the Sacred Valley. We will visit the archaeological site of Pisac, we will continue with a buffet lunch in Urubamba and our last stop will be the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo
In the afternoon transfer to the train station, train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes.

DAY 9: AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
Early in the morning, we will board one of the first buses that goes to Machu Picchu. We will have a guided tour of approximately 2 hours, and then we can return to Aguas Calientes to have lunch and take the return train to Ollantaytambo. Arrival in Ollantaytambo and transfer to the hotel in Cusco.

DAY 10: CUSCO – RAINBOW MOUNTAIN – CUSCO
4:00 – 4:30 a.m., the transport will pass through your hotels located in the downtown area of Cusco. From here you start a trip to the South for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the restaurant where we will enjoy a delicious breakfast. Then we will continue for approximately one more hour to the starting point of the hike. Before the hiking, our guide will provide you with walking sticks and give you the necessary information for such a long-awaited tour. The hike is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the Rainbow Mountain. It is advisable to be at least two days before in the city of Cusco, this for a correct acclimatization since the trek is not that complicated, but the height makes it a challenge to get there.
After the visit we will return by the same route to where our transport is located, then we will return to the same restaurant to enjoy a pleasant buffet lunch. A moment of relaxation and we will take our transportation back to Cusco. The vehicle will leave you in a place close to the parade ground.
