At first glance, Moray looks like a kind of amphitheater made up of several circular platforms. However, this peculiar Inca construction was a center for agricultural experimentation, where differences in height were used to obtain various microclimates. Near Moray we will find Maras, from where we will walk along a bridle path until we reach an impressive salt exploitation complex, whose technology dates back almost a millennium and has been maintained for generations. Along the way we will see animals carrying bags of salt on their backs.
