Decalog for the Extension of The Quality Chain

Dear collaborators, suppliers and service providers, at INCA PERU TRAVEL TOUR OPERATOR E.I.R.L. We are aware of the work that you do in the execution of our services and we recognize the importance of making extensive the quality and the development of a sustainable tourism in the city of Cusco.

This Decalogue is born with the vision of generating an attitude that seeks continuous improvement and adapts our economic and social activities to provide a better service every day.

Below we present the commitments that we practice in our company, and now, we invoke the effort for the voluntary application of your company and your operations. These aim to provide a quality service, protecting the environment and respecting human rights.

The “Ten elements for sustainable tourism and social responsibility”
  1. We plan our services with those suppliers who offer guarantees of quality and safety, respect for the human and worker rights, nondiscrimination in any form, promote equity and respect the environment.
  2. We use natural resources, like water, paper and electricity, consciously. We recognize that they are scarce resources and that we must take actions for their control and reduction, protecting them for our future generations.
  3. We try to minimize the generation of trash. By getting rid of this, we do it as cleanly as possible, in coordination with specialized entities in the final disposal of them.
  4. We seek to reduce our carbon footprint (CO2).
  5. We are against and denounce the consumption of alcohol, tobacco and drugs. We take steps to ensure that our workers are not under their effects at work.
  1. We inform our clients that when visiting sensitive ecosystems, they have always to do it trying to cause the least possible impact and not degrading them.
  2. We encourage our customers to search for products that are an expression of the local culture when buying gifts and souvenirs. Favor the economy of the peoples who welcome them respecting cultural diversity and the fair price.
  3. We ask our clients not to purchase flora and fauna protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) or derived products from such species. It is a crime and contributes to its extinction.
  4. We promote the enjoyment of know the culture, customs, gastronomy, and traditions of the local populations. Respecting them and approaching them with their permission. They have a lot to teach us.
  5. We are against exploitation and mistreatment in any of its forms: Sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, exploitation of the communities and all the people involved in all services and operations, animal abuse of domestic and wild species.
